“The entire process from beginning to move in, was very easy. Every lady in the office has been very helpful. The maintenance guys are very prompt and helpful as well. The property is kept clean. I had a little trouble filling my application out online, so the ladies in the office helped me figure it out. Everyone here has definitely gone above and beyond! 100% would recommend this place. The location is great & the people are amazing!”

“The unit is spacious, with upgraded stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and a large balcony, which I did not have prior to moving here. The office staff is excellent; I had a minor issue that Sonya addressed professionally. I took responsibility for it, and she was very kind, firm, and understanding. Please feel free to communicate any concerns or needs to the office staff—being respectful and following the property rules is appreciated always at any property in the world. The pool is open late and the gym is available 24 hours, which is a great convenience that I did not have previously. Maintenance services are very prompt and efficient; I often work with Abelino, who is always friendly, double-checks his work, and clearly explains what the issue was once completed.”

“I’ve been living here for a little over 3 years and I have no complaints. The community is quiet and I feel safe. Everyone on staff here is wonderful. Sonja made my transfer to a larger unit so easy & catered to my needs. She’s so easy to work with, communicates is such a timely manner and just a great person. Ashstin is a great manager & every interaction has always been a pleasant. The maintenance team is wonderful also. I’ve only had a few encounters with them and they are always prompt, professional, & friendly.”
